Sleeping arrangements: - 1 King - 1 Double - 1 Futon - 1 Double Pull Out Couch *We provide a starter kit of coffee filters, Keurig pods, trash bags, toilet tissue, & dishwasher tabs, foaming hand soap for each sink and dish soap. You may need to buy more* *STARLINK ★ Internet WIFI is complementary* *As the winter months can be unpredictable for the weather, there is a possibility of serious storms or power outages. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel last minute* *Guests to provide their own firewood for firepit* *We are in the woods, you will likely see and hear critters* *There is typically little to no cell service with the major carriers* *Heating & Air Conditioning - Heat is supplied via central heat and a NEST thermostat. Air conditioning is supplied via one window unit in the upstairs studio. The property is located in a valley with lots of shade, there are ceiling fans and all the windows can be opened and have screens, so we have not felt the need to update to a central AC system* *We own the neighboring property that shares the same entrance and driveway only.
