Pets are not allowed. It has a remote controlled twin mini-split system which supplies both Air Conditioning and Heat. Heat can also be supplied via the wood burning stove if desired and the downstairs baseboard heaters, plus we supply a portable heater* We own the neighboring property that shares the same entrance and driveway only.
